General Responsibilities

  • Content Development:
    • Create engaging and shareable TikTok content that highlights the company’s events, services, and behind-the-scenes moments.
    • Conceptualize and produce creative videos that resonate with the target audience and align with the company’s brand.
  • Trend Analysis:
    • Stay updated on TikTok trends and challenges to incorporate popular elements into event-related content.
    • Apply creativity to adapt trending concepts to promote the company’s unique offerings.
  • Audience Engagement:
    • Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community around the company’s TikTok account.
    • Collaborate with followers through duets, challenges, and interactive content to enhance engagement.
  • Brand Integration:
    • Seamlessly integrate the company’s brand into TikTok content, ensuring consistency and recognition.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok content with overall brand strategies.
  • Event Coverage:
    • Attend company events to capture and share compelling moments on TikTok.
    • Provide live updates and behind-the-scenes glimpses to generate excitement and interest.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships:
    • Identify and negotiate collaborations with influencers and other relevant TikTok creators to enhance brand visibility.
    • Facilitate partnerships with brands and sponsors for mutually beneficial content creation.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor TikTok analytics to track the performance of content, understand audience demographics, and provide insights for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports on key metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure all content complies with TikTok guidelines and the company’s branding and marketing policies.
    • Stay informed about changes in TikTok policies and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Need a working laptop and smart cell phone

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • ⁠Proficient in office software (Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • ⁠Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • ⁠Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • ⁠Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • ⁠Five CXC, CSEC or GCE passes including Math and English.

Compensation:

$1,000.00 per event

Skills and things required:

  • Very Basic Creative Video Production:
    • Need a working smart cell phone
    • Proficient in video editing software and tools.
    • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Trend Awareness:
    • Keen understanding of TikTok trends and the ability to adapt them to fit the company’s brand.
  • Social Media Savvy:
    • In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features and best practices.
    • Familiarity with other social media platforms is a plus.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with the audience and collaborating with team members.
  • Marketing and Branding:
    • Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to align TikTok content with overall branding strategies.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Experience in using analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Event Industry Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with the event industry, including current trends and popular themes.
  • Adaptability:
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
