General Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • ⁠Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • ⁠Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents.
  • ⁠Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • ⁠Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • ⁠Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • ⁠Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • ⁠Act as a liaison between various departments, clients, and external contacts.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked.
  • ⁠Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Monthly Engagements and Deliverables Breakdown:

  • 1 Hour Team Meetings (1 per week)
  • Produce a bi-weekly report of the page analytics for each social media page being managed

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • ⁠Proficient in office software (Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • ⁠Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • ⁠Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • ⁠Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • ⁠Five CXC, CSEC or GCE passes including Math and English.

Compensation:

$1,000.00 per event

  • Need a working laptop and smart cell phone
  • Willing to Learn – This applicant will gain “marketing know-how” and be able to possess knowledge and experience in the main tenets of traditional and digital marketing.
