Booking Assistant Needed

Core Function
Maintaining the gigs of kensambury.com & some of our artiste affiliates by writing instructions for creatives and overseeing the delivery of their work. <Click for a Brief Background of what kensambury.com is>
Responsibilities
- Send packages with our client’s services and send these to promoters.
- Attend events with client’s if necessary.
- Follow up to collect fees, commissions, or other payments, according to contract terms.
- Follow up on weekly presentations for the team and the deliverables of the creatives
- Double check and negotiate with party promoters, media managers and other persons regarding the artiste’s contractual rights and obligations.
- Obtain information about or otherwise ensure that the client’s working conditions and accommodations meet the required specifications.
- Simple Clerical Duties – Develop proposals, quotes, invoices and presentations.
- Prepare periodic accounting statements for kensambury.com
- Managing the assistants (if any) who accompany client’s on gigs
- Basic Photography – Taking pictures using a cell phone & posting these (sometimes in real time) to the kensambury.com Social Media.

- Sales and Marketing – Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- A Valid Passport & willing to travel.
- Five CXC, CSEC or GCE passes including Math and English. A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or International Relations will be an asset.

Compensation:
A fixed percentage of all the bookings arranged.
Gas, Phone and Entertainment allowance paid separately.
Office Hours:
To be determined.
Summary:
Our objective is to allow the booking agent to connect our creatives with the opportunity to earn exponentially while driving business through well established relationships.
