Nurturing Tomorrow’s Craftsmen: The KENSAMBURY Co. Apprentice Scholarship Program — a transformative journey designed for aspiring artisans to refine their craft and build a future in media. As part of KENSAM, a vibrant collective of creative professionals, this Apprenticeship Scholarship not only offers the resources to gain industry qualifications but also the unique advantage of being part of a collaborative, supportive community.
This opportunity empowers participants with the skills to thrive in media roles worldwide, blending tradition with innovation and fostering growth through shared expertise. We will act as a facilitator, to provide access and orchestrate your learning experience as opposed to an instructor who teaches every step. We commit to co creation with apprentice, guiding each to their path to be the best bridging the gap between them and real-world creative opportunities through access, experience, and mentorship.

What we are offering
- 12 – 24 Months of Development Learn through modern, world-class media courses, books, guided tutorials, and live assignments.
- 1 Apprentice Scholarship Spot available but you have the option to pay if you do not get the scholarship.
- TTD $40,000 Value
$1,000.00 per month part time.
$1,800.00 per month full time.
For access to high-end gear, in-the-field workflows, our studio ecosystem, and real client projects. - Career Opportunities
You have the option to join our team full time or as a member of our collective. (based on availability) - Top-Tier Tools & Resources
Drones, Cinema & Mirrorless Cameras, gimbals, studio lights, microphones, laptops, advanced software, and editing programs (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Suite, Topaz, Insta360 Studio etc). - Massive Creative Vault
Thousands of LUTs, pro sound effects, transitions, generators, overlays, masking tools, motion templates, and more for sound design, visual effects, and generative content. - Remote Training Flexibility
Once you’re set up with a computer at home (Mac or PC), some sessions can be completed remotely. (Will still need to show up in person for shoots)
An editing specialization is also possible, which can be more remote. - Assignments + Weekly Feedback
Learn by doing. Submit work, receive feedback, and improve. Official apprentice status begins when you consistently produce client-ready content.

- AI for the Modern Cinematographer & Editor (Integrated with Laura Zambelli’s course)
- Podcast Recording and Editing
- Fusion Filmmaking (Integrated with Brandon Li’s course)
- Live Streaming
- Colour Grading (Reverse engineering colour grades and how to apply look up tables (LUTs)
- Wedding Videography or Music Videos
- Documentary Filmmaking (With supplemental material from the Art of Documentary)
- Vlog Scripting and Editing

This apprenticeship is built for creators who take initiative. You won’t be waiting to be taught… you’ll be expected to show what you know, apply it, and then unlock the next level.
Progression requires demonstration.
To move forward, you must first show your ability to understand or apply one component before we introduce the next.🧠 How We Teach
🎓 Learn the Theory, Execute the Practical
We start with the why before the how. You’ll begin by learning the theory through access to internationally renowned online courses, then apply that knowledge in our local Caribbean context. You’ll have hands-on access to professional equipment in our studio, followed by real-world experience in the field. At first, you’ll shadow more experienced team members. Over time, you’ll be given the space to lead, experiment, and refine your skills through active projects.One-on-One Guidance
Individual lessons do happen, but they’re always not scheduled weekly. Instead, they happen spontaneously based on your work, feedback, and readiness.Weekly Feedback
