Core Function
Following Instructions in the posting on social media of brands in entertainment. Posting daily at prescribed times using curated written copy . <Click for a Brief Background of what kensambury.com is>
General Responsibilities
- Liaise with creatives (photographers, videographers, graphic artists etc.) to access content in advance of scheduled posting days
- Proof reading social media posts
- Follow and manage a list of content for each client
- Recognise patterns and place repeat content in place based on a posting pattern
- Invent and / or request new content ideas
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to request or suggest ideas for new content based on your collective knowledge of trends, the client and world issues.
- Execute a publishing schedule via the provided media management platform
- Keep abreast of industry and popular trends and deals
- Create an update a list of content creators relevant to the brand(s)
- Attend weekly in person and online meetings with the team
- Make a list of and follow-up with businesses who have made inquiries about products or services offered
- Attend designated events and record behind the scenes footage and Instagram story content
- Be open to learning additional skills in basic photography or videography
- Creation of professionally written copy for social media posts (like captions etc)
Monthly Engagements and Deliverables Breakdown:
The first month will be dedicated to training and practice with our social media pages before it’s expanded to include clients
- 2-4 Content Mapping sessions per month to curate and plan content for clients (will be on a needs basis)
- 1 Hour Team Meetings (1 per week)
- Produce a bi-weekly report of the page analytics for each social media page being managed
Skills Required:
- Organised
- Self motivated
- A good grasp of the english language and grammar
- Will remember to post at the opportune times
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Expert time management and task prioritisation
- Active Learning & Listening – Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- A Valid Passport & willing to travel
- Five CXC, CSEC or GCE passes including Math and English.

Compensation:
$3000 – $8000 per month
