Core Function

Responsibilities

  • Develop contacts with individuals and organizations, and apply effective strategies and techniques to get these to follow through on plans they agreed on.
  • Collect and distribute tickets to committee members. Keeping a record of tickets going out and accounting for these after the event.
  • Arrange and attend online meetings recording minutes and follow up on action steps.
  • Obtain information about or otherwise ensure that Ken’s working conditions and accommodations meet the required specifications.
  • Simple Clerical Duties – Edit proposals, quotes, invoices and presentations.
  • Manage petty cash (making bank deposits etc)
  • Basic Photography – Taking pictures using a cell phone of behind the scenes.
  • On Site coordination – Eg. at events or photoshoots or music videos. eg. Calling MUAs, Talent and other people.

  • Sales and Marketing – Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • A Valid Passport & willing to travel.
  • Five CXC, CSEC or GCE passes including Math and English. A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or International Relations will be an asset.

Our objective is to develop a elaborate plan in a short space of time with the assistance of an organized and efficient person to execute and support this plan.
